THE BYE BYE MAN (USA, PG-13) - This is a ridiculously titled horror movie. THE BYE BYE MAN is exactly what you'd think:  some kinda evil entity that when you say his name, he comes for you and you go bye bye. That's it. That is the movie.
DIRECTED BY: Stacy Title

METASCORE: 37, based on 22 Critics
MONSTER TRUCKS (USA, PG) - An oil company is drilling for oil in a small town. When their dog disrupts some kinda ecosystem, they persist even though it's probably illegal and just a bad idea in general. Then a giant slug monster thing escapes and starts stealing gas tanks and drinking all the oil. It's a kids' movie!

^TONI ERDMANN (Germany, R) - A jokester father tries to reconnect with his daughter by posing as the life coach for the CEO of her company. Silly things happen. Although it brings their proximity closer, I'm not sure how well his daughter takes it when she realizes the lies and silliness that Pops has gotten himself into just to be around her.

METASCORE: 93, based on 36 Critics

METASCORE: 44, based on 16 Critics
WALKING WITH THE ENEMY (Romania, PG-13) - This dude was the leader of Hungary during the reign of the Nazis. He was forced to give up his country to them or have his son killed. However, after he sold out, they displaced the Hungarian people to death camps and ghettos anyway so now life sucks for everyone, including his son.

If you're someone who is going to watch it, you already know more than I do. I'm just wasting time trying to write about this movie I know nothing about.
DIRECTED BY: Hideaki Anno
KILLA (India, Not Rated) - An 11-year-old Indian boy has just lost his father. He and his mother move and he's forced to attend a new school. This is about how he copes and finds his place in school and life.
